At Holiday LED Lighting, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction.
Warranty
All LED light products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and product failure under normal use.
Defective Products
If your lights are found to be defective within the 6-month warranty period, we will gladly provide a replacement.
To process a warranty exchange:
- Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product back to us.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- Once the defective product has been received and evaluated, a replacement product of the same or comparable model will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.
- Return shipping for the replacement product will be paid by Holiday LED Lighting.
Non-Defective Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are not defective.
